High Speed Wide Area Network Services

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District of Los Angeles County, California, will receive proposals for: RFP NO. 22232 (ERate Year 23): High Speed Wide Area Network Services All responses and other materials submitted in regard to this RFP shall become the property of the District. The Board of Education of the NorwalkLa Mirada Unified School District reserves the right to be sole judge as to the merit, quality, and acceptability of services proposed and their compliance to the specifications which, in the Boards opinion, will best serve the interest(s) of the District. Further, the Board reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to negotiate with any or all responsible submitters (as it relates to Public Contract Code 20118.2), and to waive any irregularity. Proposing firms are hereby made aware that the District will not reimburse any costs for the preparation or submission of the proposal to any proposing firm for any reason. No firm may withdraw his/her proposal for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing date and time set in this document. Vendor must participate in the ERate Program and must provide their FCC/USAC Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and Federal Registration Number (FRN) with their proposal.
