Description

Provide full annual service and preventative maintenance services on all water cooled chillers and boilers currently installed or being installed in County buildings. The successful bidder will be required to perform routine annual preventative maintenance and inspections on chiller and boiler equipment as well as 24 hour, on-call services for these systems. Non-emergency complaints regarding the Contractor’s work/workmanship must be responded to within 24 hours.
