Description The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services needed for the complete and acceptable repair of all damaged existing Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS), in accordance with the plans, specifications, manufacturer's specifications and recommendations. Contractor to fully inspect existing wall, remove any temporary protection, and prepare surface in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation. EIFS to be manufactured, installed and repaired according to manufacturer's specifications. Recoat repaired areas with an approved leveling coat and finish coat. Texture shall match the existing EIFS.
