Okeechobee Landscape Maintenance and Installation

Performance of ground landscape maintenance and installation and replacement of new plants, trees, and shrubs at various locations throughout the City. All landscape activities shall per performed in a manner to maintain the landscape in a in a healthy, growing, green, and aesthetically appealing condition as determined by the City’s designee. Landscape maintenance will be performed as described in Exhibit A, Governing Specifications at the following locations: • City Hall and City Fire Department: 55 Southeast 3rd Avenue • City Parks: City Hall Park located between Southeast 2nd and 3rd Avenues and State Road 70 East and East South Park Street. Centennial Park located at the corner of Southeast 7th Street and Southeast 6th Avenue. Flagler Parks located between US Highway 441 and Southwest 7th Avenue and State Road 70 and West South Park Street. Mowing, trimming and general landscape maintenance including flower/shrub beds in Park 6 “Butterfly Gardens”. • Police Department: 50 Southeast 2nd Avenue, mowing, trimming and general landscape maintenance Including flower/shrub beds • Chamber of Commerce: 55 South Parrott Avenue, mowing, trimming and general landscape maintenance including flower/shrub beds. • US Highway 441 medians and sidewalks: South 23rd Street North to North 17th Street. Mowing, trimming and general landscape maintenance including flower/shrub beds. • State Road 70 medians and sidewalks: West 12th Avenue East to East 13th Avenue. Mowing, trimming and general landscape maintenance including flower/shrub beds. • South Park Street landscape beds and sidewalks: West 6th Avenue East to East 2nd Avenue. • Southwest 7th Avenue: landscape beds in the 100 block of Southwest 7th Avenue.
