Pest Control for DPS Facilities

Contractor(s) shall provide full maintenance pest control and respond to call on an as needed basis. Full maintenance pest control shall be defined as services provided by the Contractor, with the use of chemical and mechanical means, for the purposes of preventing, controlling, and/or eradicating infestations of selected pests applied to the interior and exterior of the structure on a monthly service schedule, and as often as needed, to bring the infestation under control. 3.1. Contractor shall provide services to control and/or eliminate, which may include the following: Roaches (All Species) Ants Silverfish Centipedes Spiders (All Species) Crickets Flying insects (includes but not limited to flies, bees, grants, weevils, fleas, wasps, hornets, mites, carpet beetles, moths, and mosquitoes) Rodents (includes but not limited to rats and mice) Ticks Scorpions All other common and non-common insects. Additional Services to be required on as needed basis: Fogging Service any areas Bee or Wasp nest removal Termite Control Treatment Gophers, Groundhogs and Squirrel Control, Bait only Bug light monitoring and maintenance Snake Removal.
