The Work to be performed for the Hecktown Road Water Main Relocation Project consists of the following: To provide labor and materials to remove the existing 12-inch water main from the Hecktown Road Overpass and installing a replacement 16-inch line of of equivalent length through a jack and bore method underneath Route 22.
