15-Acre Community Park - NEW - City of Visalia

Per the general plan the City will aquire land, design, and build a 15 arce community park. Community Parks are intended to serve the recreational needs of a larger area of the city, especially those living or working within a two-mile radius. These parks may include facilities such as sport fields, exercise courses, recreation buildings, and restrooms. Annual maintenance costs for this park are estimated to be $221k per year. This Project is in Included in the City of Visalia Fy 2022/23 & 2023/24 Capital Improvement Plan (Cip). As of August 1,2022, Further Details Regarding Design and Construction Have Not Been Identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
