RFP Design - Landscape Architectural Services - City Hall Park Development

The City is seeking proposals for a professional services of a Landscape Architectural Consultant and Site/Civil/Electrical/Plumbing Sub-contractor for developing a vision for the new park open space and a public plaza improvements at City Hall Park. develop a Community consensus and develop construction documents for construction; sensitive to the sites Green Infrastructure improvements while satisfying the multiple interests and needs of the City and local Community groups. Q & A deadline: Oct 14, 2022 4:00:00 PM EDT Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive, and the bid will be rejected. Acknowledgement of receipt of each addendum must be clearly established and included with the bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2 (e). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
