| Description | The City of Oskaloosa is accepting bids for Masonry and Shelter repairs at Edmundson Park. This project is primarily for preserving, repairing and protecting the stone work at Shelter 'D" including fireplace and repair or replacement of the roof timbers. This work includes but is not limited to the repair of damaged limestone masonry, tuck pointing, cleaning, making the fireplace operational and further preservation techniques as needed, repair and replacement of damaged or failed roofing timbers. All efforts with this project will include preserving the existing historical masonry and shelter also the proposed repair work will need to match the existing masonry as close as possible. |
