Replacement of low-voltage 480VAC electric hoist motors, adjustable speed drive (ASD) motor controller enclosures, and various power feeder cables and control devices. Programming, start-up, and testing of ASD motor controller systems and integration of new ASD systems with existing Lock PLC/HMI system. Modifications to existing Lock PLC/HMI system program to accommodate specific operating parameters of the new lift gate. Once the machinery is properly aligned and the PLC/HMI system modifications are complete, commissioning will be required to calibrate and hone gate travel limits and operational speeds prior to acceptance.
