Description

Estimate Cost: $2,100,000 - $2,500,000 The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Broadmoor TIF - Rough Grading (No. 22377 PHASE 1-A) project. This project involves mass grading of Sandifur Parkway from Broadmoor Boulevard west approximately 4,150 LF and mass grading of spur extension of Harris Road for future Road 108 for approximately 3,300 LF north of Harris Road. Work includes approximately 290,000 CY of excavation and embankment compaction, clearing and grubbing and related improvements. All in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications (APWA/WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction). This contract has 50 working days to complete the work. All bids must be accompanied by a "Good Faith Token" in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on Abadan's City of Pasco Plan Room Plan Holders list. Upon award, Contractor (and subcontractors) shall have a current City of Pasco Business License. The City of Pasco has scheduled a non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough (site visit) on Thursday, January 5, 2023, at 2:00PM at the intersection of Harris Road and Broadmoor Boulevard.
