Description

The proposed scope of work will include but is not limited to 1. Demolition and removal of any existing elements in site boundaries. 2. Grading. 3. Installation of new basketball court area (in base bid), parking lot extension, and any connecting sideway. 4. Additional south basketball court (if accepted in Alternate 1) 5. Site lighting (if accepted in Alternate 2) 6. Permanent irrigation and temporary irrigation for hydro-mulch in disturbed areas. 7. Execution of all specified hardscape amenities including paving, drainage, signage, fencing/railing of all nature, retaining walls, landscape planting, irrigation, and park amenities.
