Mounds Town Hall

Project No-21886 The scope of work is for design/build services for the construction of the Mounds Town Hall. The Town of Mounds has provided a floor plan illustrating the space/functional needs. We have also provided a structural assessment letter for your use with the stipulated sum proposal. The documents provided are to give each bidder a clear understanding of what we desire in this project. It is the intent of the scope for the contractor to include in his\her bid all services required to successfully achieve a turnkey facility. A jump drive can be picked up from our office for your use. Signed and sealed construction drawings will be required for the Town of Mounds review and records. A site visit can be scheduled by calling 918-827-6711 between 8 and 5 pm Monday - Thursday. The awarded contractor will be expected to provide a certificate of insurance, construction bond, and W-9 accordingly.
