The City intends to enter agreements with more than one contractor to accomplish the Scope of Services. During the contract term, the City will contact the Contractor to request assessments of City facilities, make recommendations, and perform work.: There are a number of aging facilities within the City which require larger-scale maintenance projects to bring them up to date to achieve a high level of service. The City is seeking a skilled contractor to perform these maintenance projects in several buildings and locations throughout the City. To serve and promote the welfare of its residents, the City intends to procure the Services, as described below.
