The Enterprise Development Center of Erie County requests bids for the Berry Global Warehouse and Distribution Building and Site Development The Work includes the complete construction of a 90,000 square foot pre-engineered steel warehouse and distribution building and all associated building and site improvements on lands owned by the Enterprise Development Center of Erie County. Sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required.
