| Description | Project Goal: The proposed contract is the removal of approximately 2,700 square feet of old siding and replace with new siding for the Cimarron Hills WM A residence. The project will consist of the removal of the old siding and the insulated foam backing from the house. This project will also need to case with l"x4 " lumber and capped with custom bent aluminum caps for 12 windows prior to installation of the new siding. All the old and unwanted debris must be removed from the site by the successful bidder. ODWC reserves the right to make any inquires to insure that the lowest bidder is actually able to complete the work In a satisfactory manner. |
