Description

The project will include new construction of 30-units, renovation of 32-units and create a new Tech Hub community space. The project will include 12 sites in the Cities of Pawtucket and Central Falls. As of June 27, 2023, the project received funding from the RIHousing Board. It is unknown if any development plans or building permits have been submitted into the City of Central Falls. An architect or general contractor has not been selected at this time. Although a firm timeline has not been determined, it is not likely to start until late 2023.
