Police Firing Range Bullet Trap Replacement

Work being performed includes, but not limited to, lead remediation, replacement of the existing bullet trap, turning target system and the "running man" target system. Any questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid documents and sent to all the planholders. All bids must be made upon the City forms provided for this purpose and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. One hundred (100) percent payment and performance Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder to guarantee faithful performance of the contract. The Contractor will be required to comply with all Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunities. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City. The right is reserved by the City to postpone the award for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof.
