Building Improvements at Bethune Elementary School

Scope: Installation of a new building-wide HVAC system and related improvements. New building automation system (BAS) in support of the new HVAC system. Coordinate with the Atlanta Public Schools Commissioning Agent and Test and Balance Agent on all phases of the project from pre-planning to conclusion. Structural modifications in support of the new HVAC system. Electrical modifications is support of the new HVAC system. Plumbing modifications in support of the new HVAC system. Architectural modifications in support of the new HVAC system including new ceilings, VCT floors, carpeting, painting, etc. Construction of a new Secure Entry Vestibule. New fire alarm and life safety systems. Modifications to the clock bell intercom system in support of the new HVAC system. Tree removal and related site improvements.
