Description

CM Services SBE Goal - 15% The modernized school will be located on the site of the existing school as a 700 student station facility to include new construction and remodeling or renovation of existing buildings to remain as deemed necessary. Temporary holding for school operations during construction will be required. The Construction Management services shall conduct pre-construction services and establish the GMP. The selected Construction Management firm, shall collaborate with the Architect/Engineer during the programming and design phases, provide estimating, bidding, and construction management services as required in the permitted construction documents
