Description | Bid 22-54, Construction - Wilson Park Pavilion The City of Fayetteville is accepting sealed bids from properly licensed firms for the construction of a new restroom area and pavilion at Wilson Park. Questions should be addressed to Amanda Beilfuss, Sr. Purchasing Agent at abeilfuss@fayettevil-ar.gov or by calling (479) 575-8220. Each bid exceeding $50,000 shall be accompanied by a cashier's check from a bank doing business in the State of Arkansas or a corporate bid bond in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. In the event a bidder opts to submit a cashier's check for a bid bond, the actual physical cashier's check shall be delivered to the City prior to the deadline. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond is required with the contract awarded. A State of Arkansas Contractor's License is required for all bids exceeding $50,000 and license shall be valid at the time of bid deadline. The City of Fayetteville shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected bids, or failure of bidder's technical equipment.
