| Description | Questions Due Date: Feb 10th 2023, 2:30 PM CST The proposal shall be submitted with the attached Bid Cover Sheet completed in its entirety. Warranty information, when applicable, shall also be included & submitted. All work to be performed during normal working hours. If bid price is over $25,000 or more, bidder must be signatory to relevant union, per terms of the Various Trades Contract and Project Labor Agreement. If bid price is over $75,000, you MUST include your MBE/WBE subs and relevant forms at time of bid. Hubbard High School - Lab Pack and Disposal of Surplus Chemical Waste Provide Labor and Materials: Provide Lab Pack Chemist for the packaging, transportation, and disposal of surplus chemical waste. All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. |
