Description

The Indiana Joint Operations Center (JOC) is looking to update the audio visual (AV) system in the JOC. The JOC would like to replace the current projector system with a non-touch panel 1.5mm LED Direct View video wall with a size of approximately 6ft tall by 20ft wide and minimum resolution of 3840 X 1080 and aspect ratio 32:9. The video wall needs to be able to display from eight different sources at one time. Currently the JOC has 15 Computers that are connected to the current system to display for one output each. The JOC would like to have all 15 computers to be able to project in the updated system, 4K video and audio, with 5 computers being able to display from 4 PC outputs and the other 10 with one PC output. New system to utilize the current overhead microphones and speakers with the capability of utilizing the microphones and speakers for the conference audio bridge, computer audio inputs and outputs, and Microsoft teams. The new system will utilize the current equipment rack in the AV closet to house the switching equipment, control system, digital signal processor, and amplifier. The current UPS device will remain for temporary loss of power. Install new wired touch panels to control the system with one next to the video wall and one outside of the AV closet. Both panels should have the same functionality to control source selection, switching, routing, tuner channel selection and volume control, to include the ability to mute select overhead microphones.
