| Description | 1. Horticultural services for maintaining the health and appearance of the plants. 2. Inspect soil moisture levels and watering as necessary. 3. Take preventive measures to protect against soil and foliar insects and disease infestations. 4. Trim and prune plants as necessary. 5. Clean plants and plant containers as necessary. 6. Remove debris from soil surface; add soil and/or top dressing as necessary. 7. Rotate plants in order to maintain an attractive shape. 8. Install fertilizer or other nutrients as necessary. 9. Remove and replace plant material as necessary. 10. Use only qualified service technicians in the performance of these services. 11. Any special needs to prune or treat for plant pests will be done off hours, as requested. 12.
