| Description | The Work is for the demo and replacement of Heat Exchangers at HSC South basement and 9th floor. This project will include the demo of existing equipment, and installation of new. WVU will take care of the abatement before this project starts. This project will be “phased”. The Basement portion can be started and completed as soon as the bidding process is complete, but the 9th floor, phase 2, cannot start until March. We have room in the Basement to build the new unit and put it into service before demolishing the existing unit. This will allow us to complete without a disruption. Unfortunately, we cannot do this on the 9th floor. |
