Description

Provide all labor and all materials needed for geothermal leak repairs as follows: Provide partial repair/replacement of geothermal piping at area of leak including all materials, drilling, excavation, hauling of backfill, pumping, soil compaction, and labor required. Repair area indicated on site improvement plan, with all CPS requirements. Excavate, visually identify the leak, isolate damaged section, remove glycol solution, cut out and reinstall new piping. Pressure test repaired line. Refill glycol solution to the operational level according to CPS geothermal standards. Cover ground and repair landscape to pre-excavation condition Remove all the debris generated. Provide job warranty for completed repairs.
