2022 Street Painting and Striping

City of Bellefontaine 2022 Street Painting & Striping Project 2022-05, per specifications on file in said office at 135 North Detroit Street, Bellefontaine, Ohio. Each bid must contain the name of every person or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond from an approved surety in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. All bids will be considered based on lowest and best bid. The City of Bellefontaine hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. All bidders must comply with the American Disabilities Act of 1990. All goods or services must be billed to the City of Bellefontaine and at prices not exceeding those stated on the purchase order. If prices or terms do not agree with your quotation, you must notify the Project Administrator within three business days or your disagreement is waived.
