| Description | As of 6/29/23 We did not receive any bids for this project and will be rebidding it. Leesville North Fork Marina Lift Station Generator Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/ or to award at any time during the period. Any questions regarding the project should be directed to MWCD in writing by email to dlittle@mwcd.org All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. |
