Gateway Streetscape Improvement

Base Bid: The work under the Base Bid shall include all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the General Construction and Lighting Infrastructure improvements identified as the Base Bid in the Contract Drawings for the Dundee Gateway Streetscape Improvement Project and per the limits shown on drawing KM-1. The General Construction includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal, clearing and grubbing, excavation, backfill, grading, concrete site work, flexible porous pavement, asphalt pavement, curbing, signage, striping, accessible crosswalks and curb ramps, underground utilities, drainage, planting, bio retention bump outs, landscape restoration, and all other related items. The installation of Lighting Infrastructure, includes, but is not limited to, trenching, backfill, conduit, ground rods, light pole foundations, electrical hand holes, and all other related items. Base Bid Lighting Infrastructure includes LP-SE1, LPSE2, LP-SE3, LP-SE4, LP-SW1 LP-SW2, LP-SW3, and LP-SW4. It also includes the conduit for the service riser pole Additive Bid Item No. 1: The work under Additive Bid Item No. 1 shall include all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the General Construction and Lighting Infrastructure improvements identified as Additive Bid Item No. 1 in the Contract Drawings for the Dundee Gateway Streetscape Improvement Project and per the limits shown on drawing KM-1. The construction of the Water Street – Grass Bioretention Swale, includes, but is not limited to, demolition and removal, clearing and grubbing, excavation, backfill, grading, signage, underground utilities, drainage, planting, and all other related items.
