Rowlett Road Cycle Track - 14321 - City of Garland

Funding is provided for the Rowlett Road Cycle Track, in partnership with Dallas County and TxDOT, which will run along Rowlett Road and Duck Creek Drive from Greenbelt Parkway to Lake Ray Hubbard. A separated, two-way cycle track will run from Broadway Boulevard to Roan Road. 12-foot-wide hike/bike trails will be constructed at each end of the cycle track, as well as new sidewalks on both sides of the road for pedestrians. The total length of the project is approximately 2.3 miles. This project is in included in the City of Garland FY 2022 - 2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of August 4, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
