Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 200 Syd Pavement Removal 2,000 Syd Sidewalk Removal 22,400 Sft Sidewalk, Concrete, 4 inch 4,800 Sft Sidewalk, Concrete, 6 inch non-reinforced 70 Syd HMA Hand Patching Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The above-referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recover Fund (SLFRF), 31 CFR Part 35, as amended. All successful bidders must comply with the federal labor standards, including the Davis-Bacon Act and the Copeland Anti-Kickback legislation; federal equal opportunity requirements.
