Description Construct a pickle ball court at Harris Saxon Park located at 2329 California Street, Deltona Florida 32725. 1. Remove tennis court net/poles and benches. 2. Remove existing asphalt and base along with fence. 3. Grade substrate and install 6" lime rock base that is properly compacted following the 1” to 10 slope. 4. Install 1.5" S-3 Virgin Asphalt after 21 day cure time. 5. Dig/Install footers for pickle ball net posts and center straps for four (4) regulation pickle ball courts (20x44). (It is recommended that bidder visit park to ensure correct measurements before submitting quote.) 6. Pressure Wash Surface. Corrective Patching- fill any birdbaths that hold water deep enough to cover a nickel measured one hour after a rain under normal (sunshine) drying conditions and cover and fill any rough or raveled areas of asphalt. The edges of all patches will be scraped or ground smooth so that patches are not visible through finished surface It is recommended that bidder visit park to calculate measurements before submitting quote.
