For Roof Replacement at Woodridge Park Apartments Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Removal of existing roofing system including main areas membrane and parapet wall asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, roof penetrations, vents, scuppers, downspouts, and all accessories. 2. Removal of all plywood decking in main roof area below membrane. 3. Repair damaged or rotted roof framing.
