Waterproofing Repairs to the Cuscaden Pool Deck

The scope of work consists of providing all labor and material for a complete job to remove all existing coping cap, pavers, sand, and mat, approximately two Ft. back from the coping to expose the existing waterproofing. Make repairs to the existing membrane around the total perimeter of the pool using Siplast ParaPro applied by an authorized installer. Provide new coping cap to match the existing as close as possible and include installation of new coping. Reinstall mat, sand, and pavers around the total perimeter of the pool. Furnish and install approximately 800 SF of new pavers so old pavers can be used for cuts. Furnish and install new safety signage tiles at new coping around perimeter of pool as required. Make repairs to approximately 300 SF on existing Membrane with furnished materials in various areas on the pool deck utilizing an Approved Sika Installer to maintain existing warranty. System is Sika RoofPro 20, Sikalastic 624AR.
