Emergency Disaster Debris Monitoring

The objective of this RFP is to secure the services of an experienced monitoring contractor who is capable of efficiently overseeing and monitoring the removal of large volumes of disaster-generated Debris (other than household putrescible garbage) from public property, public right-of-ways, and at Temporary Debris Staging and Reduction Sites, in a timely and cost-effective manner, and ensuring the disposal of all Debris in a lawful manner, immediately after a hurricane or other natural or manmade disaster. The Successful Proposer must be capable of assembling, directing, and managing a work force that can complete the Debris monitoring operations in a maximum of 120 calendar days. The Successful Proposer shall meet the accelerated Debris removal timeframes outlined by FEMA in the Sandy Recovery Improvement Act (January 2013), or its successor.
