Forester Park Improvements

The Project includes the following Work: New playground equipment and site improvements to the existing Forester Park in Sanilac County. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 1,600 Sft Poured in Place Safety Surface 280 Sft Sidewalk, Conc. 4 inch 100 Lft Concrete/Curb Edgine 4 Ea Play Equipment Items 6 Ea Recycled Benches Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The above-referenced project is funded with assistance from a Michigan Department of Natural Resources Trust Fund grant, relevant state or federal requirements will apply. All successful bidders shall comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act) and 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act). The Contractor and any subcontractor under the contract may not discriminate against an employee or an applicant for employment in hiring, any terms and conditions of employment, or matters related to employment because of religion, race, color, national origin, age, sex, height, weight, marital status, partisan considerations, or a disability or genetic information that is unrelated to the person's ability to perform the duties of a particular job or position. Sanilac County Parks, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
