Reconstruct Park Avenue from McCann Street to Washington Street. The project includes full depth reconstruction of the road, new curbs and sidewalks, ADA complaint curb ramps, marked parking spaces, and landscaping. Additionally, Park Avenue will be resurfaced from Philips Street to McCann Street.
