Description

Scope of work shall replace central hot water heating system in its entirety. Existing steam boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, water treatment system, feedwater tanks and associated controls shall be removed. Provide two new boilers and associated primary heating water system equipment, including pumps, valves, controls, flues and piping. Connect into existing secondary heating water system with common piping. Connect existing heating return and supply mains together to create secondary loop with common header for connection of primary heating system. Remove existing steam and condensate piping and equipment. Remove old and provide new expansion tank, piping, valves, and fittings. New electrical connections shall be provided for all new equipment.
