Description

General Scope of Work: Remove and dispose of existing modified bitumen and gravel surfaced roof systems on Roof Sections A and B down to the roof deck. Remove and dispose of the existing metal panel roof system on Roof Section C down to the existing 2x4 wood nailers that are attached to the existing 16 pre-engineered roof joists. Work is to include the complete removal and disposal of the existing roof membranes, flashings, insulation, gravel, and sheet metal flashing down to the existing roof decks. Provide a new fully adhered EPDM roof membrane over mechanically attached insulation, sheet metal flashings, and wood bocking on Roof Sections A and B. Provide a new metal panel roof system on Roof Section C. Questions concerning this project must be in writing and addressed to ewishall@isleoJwihtus.net; and must be received no later than 3:00 pm October 17, 2023. Bidder agrees to begin the Work within ten (10) days of Notice to Proceed and that Final Completion shall be within seventy (70) calendar days of Notice to Proceed
