Old Settlers Park Band Shelter Construction

As of September 29, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for the construction of the Old Settlers Park Band Shelter to be located at 24100- 75th St., Salem, WI 53170. Work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, concrete, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, roofing, masonry, and landscaping. See attached drawings for specifications. Contract will begin immediately upon award and will continue until project completion. It is the expectation of Kenosha County that all construction on this project will be substantially complete on or before November 1, 2022 and fully completed by November 30, 2022. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the vendor considered by the County to be most advantageous. Kenosha County reserves the right to request additional information, the right to clarify responses, the right to award a contract for only some but not all of the articles or items in the solicitation, and the right to waive minor irregularities. The County of Kenosha does not warrant or guarantee that a contract will be awarded as a result of this Request for Bid.
