Description

This work shall include, but is not limited to, excavation and removal of the roadway, sidewalks, curbs; drainage improvements including installation of storm sewer pipes, catch basins, and manholes; new water main installation including pipes, connections, and a new fire hydrant; new sanitary installation includes sanitary sewer pipes and manholes; asphalt paving of the new roadway with installation of concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, driveway approaches, and curb and gutter; installation of street lighting; and site restoration of topsoil, sodding, and pavement markings in the City of Hammond, Lake County, Indiana. The Contractor will also be responsible for maintenance of traffic and erosion control within the project limits.
