| Description | Question End Date 5/8/2023 5:00 PM The City of Orlando (City) requests Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to assist in the monitoring of all aspects of disaster debris collection and disposal operations on behalf of the City ensuring compliance with Federal requirements and the City's debris management plan. The selected Debris Monitoring Contractor (Contractor) shall provide all management, supervision, labor, transportation, and equipment necessary to document debris types, quantities, reduction methods, and pick up and disposal locations in compliance with applicable FEMA Public Assistance Program (FEMA-PA) standards. These activities include: field supervisory oversight; monitoring contracted debris removal at both the loading and disposal sites; compiling documentation, such as load tickets and monitor reports, to substantiate eligible debris; and training debris monitors on debris removal operations.
