Description

General Scope of Work: Removal & offsite disposal of backwash sludge from the iron and manganese filtration plant backwash lagoon area located at 340 Hartford Ave (Rear) and appurtenant work. Work includes removal & disposal of wet sludge from an active cement lined backwash lagoon and alternate bid items for: A) sludge and plant growth from an unlined inactive lagoon, B) dried sludge and filter fabric tube. All work must comply with local, state, and federal requirements and regulations.
