Description

Project consists of removing existing ballasted single ply membrane roofing and all existing insulation on three smaller roofs of Urbana Middle School. Roof areas are approximately 4,560 base bid and alternates of 3,710 for a total of 8,270 square feet. In addition, approximately 167 linear feet of base flashing is to be replaced at surrounding roofs. New insulation will be installed and a new fully adhered TPO membrane will be installed along with required flashing and roof edge.
