Window Replacement and Associated Exterior Repairs

Renovation of a residential development in Westley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development. The Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority (Authority) is a public agency, formed under the United States Housing Act of 1937, charged with providing decent, safe and affordable housing for low-income persons. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") provides the funding for this work and therefore all work performed must be in compliance with all rules and regulations of this program, and all other applicable Federal regulations including, but not limited to, Handicap Accessibility (Section 504), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS), State Prevailing wage requirements, Environmental Protection Agency rules and regulations, HUD's Modernization Design Standards and Federal procurement requirements. In addition to the Federal laws, rules and regulations, all work must also be performed in compliance with state, county and local laws and regulations. The Contractor shall obtain all required approvals and permitting through the local governing agency, fees shall be paid by the Authority. All local, state and federal codes and regulations shall be followed by the Contractor. Work consists of, but is not limited to removal and replacement existing windows and trim. Supply and install double pane vinyl windows (Milgard or equal). Paint as needed to match existing. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to perform the window replacements and associated exterior repairs replacements and associated exterior repairs in Westley last day to submit questions will be Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 2:00 P.M..
