| Description | The Housing Authority of the Town of Secaucus, New Jersey will accept proposals for the following services, materials, and supplies: Fire Alarm Service The services will be for a two year period (1.1.23 to 12.31.24). It is the Housing Authority's desire to retain duly qualified, competent, and capable contractors and vendors. All services must be in accordance with existing laws, rules, orders, directives and regulations governing these services and supplies. The building and equipment are available for inspection between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received for these services. It also reserves the right to terminate the vendor, for convenience, at any time during the term of the contract. The Authority may choose to utilize the New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Program at any time during the term of the contract, in the event that their prices are lower than the selected vendor's |
