Downtown Trash and Debris Services

The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, suppliers, and the supervision for the performance of the trash and debris removal services as specified herein. Site locations for the performance of the Work are listed herein, and these sites must be accepted by Contractor as being in an as is condition at the time of contract execution. Contractor must have their own equipment maintenance agreements, or an in-house maintenance program to ensure that all equipment used in the performance of services under this contract is well maintained and in good condition throughout the term of the contract.
