Electric - Install service, owner supplied panels, switchgear, lighting, EMS and site lighting. Install power circuits for checkouts, equipment and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC - Landlord installed RTUs. Supply and install fully insulated ductwork, diffusers and exhaust fans. Framing/Drywall - Frame and sheetrock two restrooms, office, exterior walls and header wall. Frame and sheet new sign area on storefront. EIFS - Install EIFS at storefront infills and new sign. Acoustic Ceiling - Acoustic ceiling in parts area A.
