Overhead Inspection and Treatment of SECO Energy's Distribution Poles

This specification outlines all requirements for contractors hired by Sumter Electric Cooperative, Inc. (SECO) to perform system pole inspections and treatments. This activity will require the ground-line testing and pole treatments on the poles that are specifically noted to the vendor to be visited (average annual volume of 16,920 poles). Contractor will perform the Services as set forth in Exhibit G to this Statement of Work. SECO will furnish the Contractor with electronic data indicating the locations and relationships of these poles with geographic background information. The Contractor will return electronic data regarding the inspection results and determinations to SECO, using the form included with Exhibit D in this Statement of Work. Contractor will meet the following inspection and reporting schedule for each year that Contractor is engaged under the Service Agreement, time being of the essence: Per Statement of Work and Bid Specifications.
