Renovate 3 Floors Building 12 VA Women's Health Clinic Bedford

The Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital VAMC located in Bedford MA has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price construction contract that requires a general contractor toprovide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work under the 518-21-103 Women's Health 3 Floors Construction project in accordance with the Contract Documents, including technical specifications and drawings, and the attached SOW. The general scope of the requirement is to construct a new reception area, locker rooms, offices, and conference/lounge, exams rooms, procedure rooms, conference rooms, bathrooms, installing anelevator, installing a ramp, and removing and replacing all mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting systems. The sidewalk and parking lot shall also be modified to the building additions and changes. Bidders must be VERIFIED by the SBA's VetCert Database at the time of submission of bid and at time of award.
